Haldol; first generation medication. Cobenfy; medicine made during the beginning of 2025yr.  Clozapine & Zyprexa; anti-psychcotics. On occasion an anti psychotic is necessary. When all other treatment doesn't work, you'll need to pay a large sum out of pocket or hopefully you can recieve health insurance. Medicine can really help you cope with your mental illness whether the side effects will make you feel worse while quite literally lessening your symptoms is something to be involved in with your doctor. Complain, whine, beg, writhe in pain; being ignored. You don't necessarily have to tolerate this. I hope you can find a doctor that listens even if you haven't indulged into medication from e.g. google, ai overview, ai siri, ai bixby, llm ai gemini. Coping skills are for wimps. Mess youself up. Environment and substance absolutely in turn develop your mental illness. Life didn't fail you, you're the one that put the wrong answers. There's no best answer...
